Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot is reportedly married to the CEO of Privateer Rum, with property records showing the couple purchased a home together just five months ago.

Kristin Cabot, head of human resources at space analytics firm Astronomer, appears to be married to the CEO of Privateer Rum, with public records revealing that the pair purchased a home together just five months ago. The joint ownership is listed under both of their full names, suggesting a personal relationship between the two executives. While neither party has publicly addressed the nature of their connection, the real estate transaction points to a significant tie between leaders in two distinct industries.

After being listed as co-residents at an address in Rye, Kristin and Andrew Cabot purchased a two-story, four-bedroom New Englander-style home near the Atlantic coast this past February for $2.2 million, according to public records. While the couple shares a last name and jointly owns the property, The Post has not been able to verify when or where their apparent marriage took place. Kristin Cabot’s now-deleted LinkedIn profile previously listed her as an “advisory board member” at Privateer Rum since September 2020.

A photo appearing to show Kristin and Andrew Cabot with two children has been circulating on social media this week, further fueling speculation about their relationship.

Neither Andrew Cabot nor Privateer Rum responded to The Post’s requests for comment. Attempts to reach Kristin Cabot were also unsuccessful.

Kristin Cabot has worked at Astronomer since 2024.

Astronomer Launches Investigation Into Viral Concert Incident Involving HR Chief

New York-based software firm Astronomer confirmed Friday afternoon that it has launched a formal investigation into a viral incident involving company HR chief Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert.

“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,” the company said in a statement posted on LinkedIn.

“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly,” the statement added.

As previously reported by The Post, Kristin Cabot filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Kenneth Thornby, in 2018, with the split finalized in 2022, according to Massachusetts court records.

Cabot and a man identified as Byron went viral earlier this week after the two attempted to avoid the "kiss cam" at Gillette Stadium, prompting Coldplay frontman Chris Martin to quip, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

Byron, meanwhile, appeared to be married to Megan Kerrigan Byron. She has since removed his last name from her social media profiles and later deactivated her accounts entirely following a flood of public comments.

Kristin Cabot and Andy Byron were caught on the kiss cam at a Coldplay concert.

"Andrew leads with vision and strategy, working closely with the team he built to craft one of the world’s finest rums," reads Privateer’s website. "A single question has guided him throughout his career in technology, public education, and academia: 'How can we do this better?'"
